10/10 would absolutely recommend! The Wal-tek team, under the leadership of Brandon, is nothing short of phenomenal!! The quality, communication, continuous improvement, and great lead time output from this company is some of the best I've seen during my 7 years in supply chain. The care this company shows for their client base is hands down some of the greatest out there and they are always working to exceed expectations (which they absolutely do!). When any complications arise (i.e. supply chain constraints), regardless of how big or small, the transparency provided by Wal-tek is top notch and their desire to ensure no impact to their customers shines through as they work tirelessly to come up with solutions. Brandon and the team at Wal Tek run a great shop and make parts very well and this output goes beyond having good machines and a nice facility. This is fundamentally a good business based on excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. The integrity and attitude of Wal Tek people is what makes this shop run so well. It has been great to work with Brandon over the years and he has been an inspiration of leadership. Wal-Tek has been a great company to work with over that last 5 years. Their prices are competitive, their staff is very helpful and informative, and most importantly, our parts always come out within spec. Today, 5/27/2020 I have visited this shop for the firs time. They accepted and completed my small project in the best way you could imagine. My highest recommendations for people working at this shop! Five stars are not enough...but system is limited, unfortunately. Thanks a lot for your business!
